The program has four built-in and additionally customizable tests: two of them relate to the processor (creating and using the LINPACK library from Intel), and one for the graphics processor (charging the video card) and the power supply (it loads the graphics processor). It is an ideal tool for overclockers that allows you to quickly check a processor or video card under load, while having detailed parameter control.

In general, this is a sensational program to check the stability and temperature of the computer with the maximum load on the processor or graphics card, among other similar utilities. OCCT also automatically generates graphs with records of temperature, time, and component voltage during the test. If the power supply or other component on our computer is faulty, but still works, its maximum load in the OCCT can lead to its destruction or, rather, speed up its destruction (because if the device has already been damaged, sooner or later it will stop work).

HD Tune

It is also worth having at hand an application designed to test and diagnose only the state of the hard disk. Ideally, this will be a proven and popular HD Tune, through which you can check the performance of your hard disk, get a lot of important information (temperature, sector size, serial number or firmware version) or scan it for errors. No need to mention the readability of SMART. In general, this is a very easy and easy to use application, which is really enough to find out everything about the hard disk.

CrystalDiskInfo

Another application for testing the performance of a hard disk, which is worth mentioning, is CrystalDiskInfo. It gives us detailed information about the processor, such as the chip model, the number of cores and threads, the frequency, voltage, cache memory, and many others. The application supports almost all models available on the market, so there are no concerns that the chip will be identified incorrectly. On the other tabs there is information about the installed motherboard or RAM. The application is very minimal and easy to use, but it has one serious drawback - there are no temperatures, so if someone searches for these data, you will have to turn to another software.

GPU-G

GPU-G is the main application for identifying graphics cards and their specifications, including their current time and troubleshooting. The application also has a basic test that allows you to check the correctness of the graphics card. It should, however, be noted that the test in this program will not be sure whether, for example, the overclocked graphics card is fully stable. It is worth using, for example, a stress test.
